This Limited Warranty applies to any products purchased from Original Optics (the "Physical Goods"). The Warranty does not cover the accessories for these products.

How long does the coverage last? |
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Original Optics is 7 years from the date of purchase.

What does the warranty cover? |
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period Original Optics will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.This Limited Warranty is non-transferable.

What does the warranty not cover? |
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
The buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. |
What will we do to correct problems? |
Original Optics will repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts; or exchange the product for a new or refurbished product. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.

What do you have to do? |
To obtain warranty service, please contact us at support@original-optics.com. The buyer will need to send the Physical Goods, in original packaging, including any accessories or documents that shipped with the Physical Goods to the address specified by Lucidum.
